1. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Standard delivery time is 5–15 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of our error).

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

5. Warranty

• All watches come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
